The Maze
The Maze is a team building activity that focuses on coding. The students travel through a 5 x 5 grid (poly spots, chalk, etc) to solve the puzzle for the grid. When a mistake is made (and it will be), the students will rotate and the next person will take a turn. Be careful as you will need to pay attention to your teammates and learn form their mistakes. With 24 different solutions the students will not get bored with this activity.

Endangered Species/Endangered Toy
Endangered species is a simple tag game. Pick 2-4 "trappers" (taggers) who will use two fingers to tag people (or pool noodles). Provide some way for them to differentiate themselves from the rest of the group. Provide them with a scarf, penny, or something that shows they are the taggers. The rest of the class are the endangered animals. You can spend some time covering different types of endangered species. Pick one to play for the day (i.e. pandas). If the trapper tags a panda they must stop and place their hands on their heads. If they have been here for more than five seconds they should say "Help-Help-Help" to get the attention of other animals. When two free animals are able to surround the trapped panda (while holding hands) they will move their arms up and down while saying "PANDA BE FREE!" They will repeat this three times before heading back into the activity. Trappers have some extra rules they need to follow. They cannot trap someone who is helping. If you want to make the game a little more challenging for the trappers, have the field be in a circle. Change the trappers every few minutes.
The Popcorn Dance
The Popcorn Dance is a 4 wall line dance. As I tell my students, if you know the difference between left and right, and leg and arm, you'll be able to learn this dance.
